The 2026 Unlawful Camping dockets are scheduled for: 1/28/26, 2/25/26, 3/25/26, 4/22/26, 5/27/26, 6/24/26, 7/29/26, 8/26/26, 9/30/26, 10/28/26, 11/18/26, and 12/16/26.

For January and February, we will hold the docket in Courtroom 104. However, we are hopeful the jury renovation project will be completed in time to move the March 25^th UC docket back to 102 and again open 103 for service providers.

The “Unlawful Camping Docket” is the result of a concerted effort on the part of the Jefferson District Court, the Jefferson County Attorney, the Department of Public Advocacy, the Jefferson County Circuit Court Clerk, the Louisville Metro Police Department, and a coalition of concerned community partners.  Our goal is to create an opportunity for the people who find themselves on this docket to find people there who are sincerely interested in helping them address the issues that have caused them to be unhoused.
