The Jefferson District Court Judges are honored to perform wedding ceremonies at the Hall of Justice. Before you can get married, you must first obtain your marriage license. Marriage licenses are issued at the County Clerks office. More information on obtaining your marriage license can be found here.

Weddings take place via walk in only at the Hall of Justice on:

Monday – Friday: 9:30 – 11:00 AM and Monday – Thursday: 1:30 – 2:30 PM (no weddings on Friday afternoons).

There is a $40 cash only fee for all weddings. You must provide your own two witnesses that are age 18 or above.
