The Jefferson District Court Judges are honored to perform wedding ceremonies at the Hall of Justice. Before you can get married, you must first obtain your marriage license. Marriage licenses are issued at the County Clerk’s office. More information on obtaining your marriage license can be found here.
Weddings take place via walk in only
REGULAR HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
AND
Monday – Thursday: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
NO WEDDINGS ON FRIDAY AFTERNOONS

FEE: $40 CASH ONLY
WITNESSES: Two witnesses (over the age of 18) are required.
